Payment Policies
We accept most major insurance policies and COBRA. Please contact the office before your appointment to ensure your policy is accepted. Full payment is due at the time services are rendered. We do not accept in-house payment plans.
Patient Portal
Dental Intelligence allows patients to submit forms and view required paperwork through the Patient Portal. Patients can see which forms are needed and can submit them even before they arrive for their visit at our office.
Not only can patients use the portal to fill out and update all required medical records for themselves, but they may also complete necessary forms and paperwork for any dependents or family members.
Our Patient Portal keeps your health records secure and safe. Patients are required to log in with their username and password, as well as verify their identity using two-factor authentication before they are permitted access to the Patient Portal.

Dental Intelligence has built Payments to make paying a breeze for everyone involved, with a link for our patients to securely pay their balance, wherever they are.
